Description

For Mushroom Farming firstly mixture is to be ready which is called as Compost.Compost is ready by various methods. But we use short method which is given below:-

• RAW MATERIAL:- Wheat straw, Urea, Chicken Manure, DAP, Chokar, Gypsum, Rakh, Coir Dust, Seed , Cow dunk.In one time we make 30 ton Compost which is called as 1 Batch . In 1 Batch 3000 Bag of Compost is to be ready. With 3000 Bag our 1 Growing room is to be filled.

Detail of One Batch Compost is as under:-

• 12 Ton wheat straw.
• Urea 1% of wheat straw.
• Chicken Manure 70% of wheat straw.
• DAP 2% of wheat straw.
• Chokar 3.5% of wheat straw .
• Gypsum 10% of wheat straw.

DAY WISE PROCESS OF COMPOST

• 1 and 2 Day - Turi is to be wet.
• 3 Day - In Turi 2 Bag Urea is to be added and mixing is to be done.
• 4 Day - Rest period.
• 5 Day - In Turi Chicken Manure is to be added and mix well.
• 6 Day - Rest period.
• 7 Day - In mixture all other rest material is to be added and mix well.
• 8 and 9 Day - All mixture is to be filled in Bunker-1.
• 9 and 10 Day - All mixture is to be filled in Bunker-2.
• 10 and 11 Day - All mixture is to be filled in Bunker-3.
• 11 and 12 Day - All mixture is to be filled in Bunker-4.
• 12 to 20 Days - All mixture is to be transferred in to Tunnel.
